Palladium solder PPdMNH30 in strip form is a material for surfacing and brazing parts that operate at high temperatures.
Composition: in addition to palladium, the solder contains molybdenum, nickel, phosphorus, and chromium.
Properties: it has high resistance to oxidation processes at high temperatures and to chemically aggressive substances, and is characterized by high strength, fluidity, and ductility.
Applications: brazing of vessels operating under high pressure, manufacturing of turbines, boilers, gas-burning and oil-refining equipment.
Strip dimensions: thickness — 0.1–6.0 mm, width — 10–60 mm, length — 10–150 mm.
Melting point: 1552 °C
