AP-10 Catalyst

The use of AP-10 in industry allows optimizing oil refining processes and obtaining higher-quality and more valuable products, such as gasoline with mechanical drive. The selectivity of these catalysts allows ignoring undesirable side effects, making the process more efficient and economically feasible.

The catalyst structure, consisting of platinum sulfides uniformly distributed over active oxides, ensures the visibility of its surface, which in turn improves the interaction of reactants. The high porosity of the support increases access to active sites for molecules, which also positively affects the efficiency of hydrogenation.
