Conductive silver-palladium paste for internal electrodes of ceramic capacitors.

The printing characteristics provide the required pattern parameters without defects after application. Rheological parameters remain unchanged throughout the entire service life, which minimizes losses. Dynamic viscosity range – 8-20 Pa*s at a shear rate of 10 s. The powder size ensures a paste fineness of less than 4 μm, which contributes to obtaining thinner electrode layers. Degree of dispersion – not more than 3 μm. The strength and electrophysical parameters of finished products with PSPd-K-57/10 are comparable to foreign analogues.
