Palladium(II) sulfate (other names: palladium sulfate) is an inorganic compound, a salt of palladium metal and sulfuric acid.
Chemical formula: PdSO4.
Some properties:
forms dark red crystals;
is insoluble in cold water but reacts with hot water;
forms crystal hydrates: olive-green (PdSO4•H2O) and reddish-brown (PdSO4•2H2O).
Molar mass: 202.48 g/mol.
CAS registry number: 13566-03-5.
Applications: used as a component of sulfuric acid electrolyte for electrolytic deposition of palladium.
