Palladium-Silver-Ruthenium Pastes PSRu

«Palladium-Silver-Ruthenium Pastes PSRu» are pastes used for creating thick-film variable and fixed resistors by screen printing on ceramics VK-94-1, VK-94-2, VK-96.

Some technical characteristics:

sheet resistance: 0.5, 1.0, 5.0, 10.0 Ohm/sq;
limit deviation: +/-30%;
TCR* 10-6 °C-1, not more than: +20…+125 °C — +/-500, -55…+20 °C — +/-250;
conditional viscosity: 20…25 mm;
TU number: EPO.035.005TU.
The pastes are compatible with silver-palladium pastes of the PP series, recommended: PP-8, PP-10, PP-12.
