Palladium solder PPdMNH20 (strip)

Palladium solder PPdMNH20 in strips is used for high-temperature brazing of stainless steels and nickel-based heat-resistant alloys.

Some characteristics:

melting point — from 1100 to 1500 °C;
the presence of nickel and chromium in the composition reduces the risk of melting the base metal and prevents the formation of a diffusion zone;
ensures joint resistance up to 700 °C under high humidity conditions;
estimated density — 9.21 g/cm³.
Strip dimensions: thickness — from 0.1 to 6 mm, width — from 10 to 60 mm, length — from 10 to 150 mm.

Applications: radio engineering and electronics, production of vessels and pressure equipment, soldering of parts for thermal and vacuum devices.
