Ruthenium resistive pastes of the PRu-V, PRu-Ve, PRu-P series
Ruthenium resistive pastes of the PRu-V, PRu-Ve, and PRu-P series from Ecotec for manufacturing resistive elements by screen printing.

Resistive pastes containing ruthenium, designed for manufacturing resistive elements by screen printing. Pastes of the PARUS series are specially developed for forming variable and trimming resistors.
The pastes are available in various series that differ in the composition of the conductive phase, organic binder, and electrophysical parameters of the resulting films.
Applications:
It is recommended to use the pastes for creating thick-film fixed and variable resistors by screen printing on ceramics with an alumina content of at least 92% for the PRu-V and PRu-Ve series pastes, and at least 96% for the PRu-P and PARUS series pastes, followed by heat treatment in air.
It is allowed to form resistors in multilayer boards on dielectric PD-12. The pastes are compatible with conductor pastes of the PP series. To obtain intermediate resistance values, mixing of pastes of adjacent nominal values within a series is allowed. A computer program is used to calculate the mixing ratio of the pastes, which is supplied free of charge upon customer request.
In the PRu-V series pastes, a lanolin-based binder is used, while in the PRu-Ve, PRu-P, and PARUS series pastes, a terpineol-based binder is used.
Pastes of the PRu-P and PARUS series are recommended for precision applications, as they have a smaller spread in nominal value (PRu-P) and a lower TCR (PARUS).
